Guys I come today to your shop with a dead battery, or at least I needed you to tell me if it was dead or not, long story short, I asked one of your technicians where to go for help, he right away took my battery and test it, after finding out that it was dead he offered to put it to charge overnight for me and see if we can save it. Bought a 2015 brand-new shirt room for Honda 150 have taken it to them three times because it still does not run they keep saying it's runs you get it to a track it doesn't run right. Do not buy a bike from these people that don't know how to work on bikes after a month an half finally got a bike that runs. No compensation for gas time off work or aggravation from this dealer or Honda. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER Beware they do NOT take care of there customers they just want the money don't care about customers at all!!!
Shopped around for a few weeks on a new ATV and Crossroads had the best prices around. I was referred there by a friend and am glad I stopped in. The sales team was great and you could tell they loved doing what they do. I worked with Derek, he helped me figure out what would best suit my needs and then he hooked it up! 2016 GRIZZLY 700 EPS HUNTER! Thanks again. I will definitely be back in and refer my friends!
We found out after about two years, that they charged us for renewing the oil and charged us for it and it never was done after all... Never going back ever again..
