Very poor customer service. I don't understand how other people have 5 stars. May be Samuel is just overworked and unable to handle the caseload of the current demand. I had to wait about two weeks for a compound drug that i needed so bad for my eyes. Then i needed the info if the eye drops to submit a claim to my insurance because I had to pay it out of pocket, is been three weeks that i sent him the form, and I'm still waiting. Definitely not the norm for today's standards.
