Been taking my kids here for almost 15 years all has been well up until the last few months. When I try and make appointments I’m met with a rude front desk attendant. Just like this morning I have called multiple times to make my son a same day appointment the phones are saying there still closed but the website is saying there open. Everybody is kool but the white lady that work at the front desk the lady who be answering phones she is very rude and also rasict
Most unprofessional and rude front desk staff I’ve ever had to deal with at a doctor’s office. And I’m not the first person to say this. Whoever is in charge of training or hiring these people, really needs to look at all these reviews, and do something about the way they’re treating people in the office/on the phone
I generally don't have any issues with the doctors, but this one woman working the phone at the location off of Anderson Ferry is incredibly rude and lacks any sort knowledge of her job. I've talked to her 4 different times and each time it was a miserable conversation. Anytime I asked questions, I got a very rude response of her not knowing the answer and basically making it seem like I'm the idiot for asking the question or she will rudely interrupt me.
