Absolutely horrible. Second time in a row Dr Chang takes a week to address a refill and the response from the office “ you’re welcome to find a new doctor” and in the meantime the child suffers but who cares right? They made it clear the do NOT! Time for a new doctor office. SMH
I have been going here since my son was born, and they have been nothing but amazing! When I had PPD and didn’t have any other resources to get help, they made sure to get me in and made sure I was feeling better. After losing my 2nd baby to a ectopic pregnancy in December, Crossroads were the first people to call and actually asked how I was doing mentally. Horrible communication. Waiting for 3 days for a refill for important meds and the office puts you on hold for over 10 minutes so when you call back they are closed. 3 times totally over 25 minutes to get though.! Never again.
If you have kiddos, Dr chiang is very very nice and knowledgeable but expect to wait an extra two hours to see her. Every single appointment we have gone to it has taken two hours or more past our appointment time to get seen and leave. All for general checkups. It’s not a great time when you have an antsy baby. Just be aware.
