Repair and maintenance of our 2009 Mercedes Benz
We take 3 of our cars to Crossroads for maintenance and repairs. Travis and Carlos are fantastic. They have fixed challenging stuff on my 26-year-old BMW that other mechanics completely messed up. They have also taken good care of our newer BMW and Lexus. They have always been great about getting our vehicles in and getting them fixed up as quickly as possible. We are super happy to have Crossroads so close to work on our cars.
I took my vehicle to Crossroad Autoworks for the first time to have scheduled maintenance performed. I scheduled an appointment and dropped it off the night before the appointment. I received a call confirming what I wanted completed and checking on other items that were due at this mileage. I asked them to complete all the items except for one at this time. The vehicle was completed on time and I received a call that it was done. I was very satisfied and will definitely return for future service.
