I could not be happier about the service provided by this shop. My car was thoroughly inspected, all details were shared in a very clear and professional way with me. Also, besides the fact that they were super busy, they took my car in and provided a service after hours. It is obvious they strive to satisfy all customer wants and needs. They did not disappoint me and I am sure you will not be disappointed too.
I brought my 2014 diesel Tourag in for a complete engine overhaul. Crossroads Autoworks did an amazing job. I was kept informed at every step and they even showed me the engine in it's various repair states as everything was carefully explained. The car runs like it was new.
Travis and Carlos are 2 young guys with lots of experience at a high end dealership. Nice guys. Experienced with high end foreign autos. Prices are fair. Very clean office and shop. Comfortable waiting room. This is the 3rd year I’ve taken my Audi to them. Highly recommend!
