Overall these people help who they pick and choose to help. Not everyone will be liked by the program. The people really wont help or be there for u, they just need a check and you to find another job so they can get a bonus off you.. Thats what pays their bills
I initially had a really bad experience with CrossPurpose—shifting start dates, chaotic hand-offs, and communication completely falling off after completing all my tests and paperwork. However, after escalating these concerns to management, Kayla in Admissions stepped in and brought the issue directly to the Director. They took full accountability for the breakdown in communication and got me officially confirmed for orientation this Thursday at 11:00 AM.
