Kinda mad, just came from there, I received an out of network bill for seeing a new hire NP there. They didn't verify her credentials with the insurance companies. They gave me the interview time and instead of a copay i got a bill for $160. They charged me $90 dollars for that two question session. Well i paid the 90 dollars, they lost a patient that's been going for two years. It looks like they would rather keep their medicaid users instead of helping people who pay their own insurance. My family and I have been going to Crosspointe since it started and I am so extremely happy to be a patient there on the medical side. The staff are so supportive and go above and beyond what they have to do and are always willing to answer questions and give advice. Unlike most Doctors I have been too they actually listen, get to know my family situations and treat accordingly. I couldn't be happier to be a part of this extended family. Thank ya'll for everything <3

For the medical side of this office you will wait at least a half hour past your scheduled time. On the psychiatric side for counseling they I'll take you off the schedule and not even send out a notification, and you won't fund out until you show up for your scheduled appointment.
