Really love it here
lived here for a year and all i can say is wow, find somewhere else to live. rent is crazy expensive and they throw all these other charges on top of you. for example the dumpsters are disgusting and so small, no trash fits so it's everywhere. these extra cleanups mean extra charges added on your statement. cops constantly called throughout summer because of disputes/loud neighbors. let's not even get started on parking, good luck finding anywhere to park after 6-7pm. open parking spaces are so limited you'll be parking on t... read more
Rude property manager/ customer service. Called thus complex on may second around 4:40 to see if u could set an app. to see an apt. They didnt start off great got hung up ob twice, i guess they dont wont nor need my buisness. Ill take my buisness somewere else. Good luck!!
Staff is completely unhelpful, what i mean by this is talking to anyone in the office in person is like talking to a robot on a phone service. Rent is overpriced like many other places. There is no guaranteed parking if you don't pay for an assigned spot, which there is no guarantee is near your apartment or availability. There will be unassigned parking spots you will not be able to park in otherwise you will get towed. The dumpsters are always overflowing with trash. My wife and me are so glad for the service, especially the last one, the maintenance guy was so efficient and gentle! Good job to Isaac and everyone who worked hard in the maintenance department and the staff Graciela is a great person and helpful.
