We run a bnb hotel in Brooksville. TONY just came out on a Saturday to replace out thermostat....nothing big to him but major to us because we needed it cool for our guest tonight. Thanks for coming and being efficient. *****
Tony and staff are GREAT! Within the past year, they replaced one of our AC units and added a return air to the other unit making it run service our house more efficient. Yesterday, Tony took replaced a capacitor on the older unit and it is again running like a champ. I trust Tony and his staff. Thank God for you!!! *******

Tony took the time to explain to me what was going on with my AC unit and made honest recommendations about what could be done. Crosspont Refrigeration installed a brand new complete ac system 3 months ago. The employees we've had contact with have gone out of their way to give excellent customer service from the sales agent, office staff, installers, and repair service staff.
I highly recommend Crosspoint. They have the best ethics & values. I called them after a big name company already came out and told me my compressor was bad and that i had to replace my entire system because my compressor was no longer available. Big name quoted me $10,000. I explained my issue to Crosspoint and they’re knowledgeable staff quickly put together a solution. They upgraded my compressor to the current style for $1300.
