I started with Guillermo Contreras 3 years ago as a first time personal training client. He did an excellent job getting me started on the way to fitness. Now Dr Contreras physical therapist has an unmatched combination of training experience and PT expertise. His passion for the job is remarkable. Highly recommended.
Dr. Contreras is an exceptional and affordable Physical Therapist in the greater Milwaukee area. I have gone multiple physical therapists and chiropractors over the years none were able to help me through the rehabilitation process like Guillermo has. He is very knowledgeable in his field and is willing to help in a variety of different ways. Not only does he assess you and help rehab your injuries, but he will also assess your movement patterns and teach you exercises to prevent injuries in the future. 10 out of 10.
I've had a great experience at CrossPhysio. Dr. Contreras treated an MCL injury I had where I went from nearly being unable to run prior to treatment to PRing in a half marathon 3 months after. He was very knowledgeable and has great communication. Highly recommended!
