Guillermo is awesome! He works with my teenage daughter and has really helped her build confidence in the gym. He listens to her and will use language she can understand to help push her towards her goals. He has also been able to help with an ongoing shoulder problem I have had and is the 1st person to really help alleviate my daily neck and shoulder pain. He is super flexible with our crazy schedule which is such a blessing for our family! I highly suggest seeing him.
