I just started taking my dog here and at first it was fine.he had an issue with his foot and i feel like it wasn’t taken care of the right way. They put him on antibiotics and gave him a shot to start with. I let them know he wouldn’t stop messing with it and they didn’t wrap it or did anything to solve that problem. Now I’m having to go back today and pay another office visit plus the medicine he will need again they said. So annoyed. I will be switching vets after today’s visit. We've been coming here for years for our dogs shots and meds. Fortunately he'd always been healthy so we didn't visit much, but our visit today was especially hard for us because we had to let go and say goodbye to our baby. The staff was amazing and so compassionate and understanding and our vet was wonderful. They comforted us and let me hold him and let me cry while I said my last goodbye. There’s not a more caring, concerned, and thorough vet in the area. Beth has always been our favorite and always will be. We miss living in the area and being able to utilize her as our vet.

I have been taking my Senegal Parrot named Corey here for years and l love how they take care of him. They are fast and do a great job too! And I like this because it doesn't stress Corey out. Dr. Stropes and all the girls that work here are wonderful and Corey likes them too. Thank you for great customer service!
Took my rabbit there because of bumps on his chin. They couldn't find them at first. They took him back again and they cut his hair. I looked this morning and they cut the completely wrong place. Charged me $50 for just the walk in and they did absolutely nothing but cut his hair in the wrong place. They did find ear mites and gave us medicine thankfully but still mad that they didn't help my baby boy with his bumps.
