Terrible service always trying to sell their other service offerings during every appointment which are not required for me and a waste of my appointment time! If u want to sell send me an email or give me a brochure, do not waste my appointment time!
Front desk was not respectful!
I were trying to order glasses from their store, and were communicating with one of their optical associates via email. I called the phone number listed on the associate email signature, and I was told that the person is not working in the store today and I was redirected to a different store and was able to speak to them. However, I need a quick followup on the same day just 30 minutes after the first call. So, I called the store again.
