Front desk was not respectful!
I were trying to order glasses from their store, and were communicating with one of their optical associates via email. I called the phone number listed on the associate email signature, and I was told that the person is not working in the store today and I was redirected to a different store and was able to speak to them. Came here for my annual physical this year. Nice and professional service!
My experience at Crossover was superb. It was a caring and competent clinical staff (PT, chiro, acupuncture and a doctor). The facility was first-rate, scheduling was straightforward, and I never had a significant wait. i don’t understand the complaints in other reviews: as I understand it, Crossover is primary care only, so they don’t do “procedures,” and there is no payment or billing except for the flat monthly subscription, which for me and most people there is paid for by the employer.
