They charged me a $90 copay for 10 mins with the nurse practitioner (whose guidance was to take over-the-counter drugs). I’m really unclear why Crossover said I needed to come for an in-person visit for this. The NP was dressed in PJs and Uggs, which was strange from a professional standpoint.
Amazing clinic! The front desk was very nice and helpful. Dr Isha Abdullah is very professional and very caring. She made me feel at ease. Sydney, the medical assistant, was great as well and very kind.
Terrible service always trying to sell their other service offerings during every appointment which are not required for me and a waste of my appointment time! If u want to sell send me an email or give me a brochure, do not waste my appointment time!
