If I could I would give them a 0. I went to this clinic that assists Amazon’s employees to get a procedure for an ingrown toenail. The nurse that did the procedure clearly didn't know what she was doing and I ended up in a worse situation than when I got there. I now need a surgery on my toenail to fix what they did to me. Terrible experience, I do not recommend this clinic.
I absolutely love all the providers and staff at the Shepherdsville location. I can almost never get in with my primary, so Crossover is basically the only clinic I use. They have late appointments which is very helpful so that I never have to miss work to be seen. The best part is it’s a $25 copay to be seen. My actual office charges me about $90 even for virtual appointments. Crossover is a huge benefit to Amazon employees and their families.
Fast and friendly. Have no complaints and so sweet. Took the time to explain things to me and point me in the right direction.
