Wife received a text reminder about an appointment for today. When she arrives, they tell her she wasn't scheduled. Typical doctor mill, where you never see the same doc at each appointment.
Booked appointment for physical therapy, waited 4 weeks for this, and got cancelled and notified 1 hour before the appointment. the nurse asked me to reschedule myself. And the next available appointment is another 4 weeks. Don’t waste your time here, I wouldn’t have chose this clinic if it is not linked through my work insurance
Today was my first time having an appointment at this location and Dr. Hyde was so sweet and kind. She was like a breath of fresh air! Not to mention the co pay was more than affordable and it was little to no wait time.
