I easily scheduled a same-day appointment online using the Crossover website. Reception was welcoming and my wait was quick. My payment information was saved from my last visit at another location and my $10 co-pay was paid with no hassle. The nurse and doctor were both attentive and respectful. Dr. Nemirov listened to my concerns, did a thorough examination, & answered all of my questions. Absurdly good. In a perfect world, health care is like this. Need bloodwork? Boom, done onsite. Stomach problems? Bam, here's a referral to a world class gastroenterologist. Overweight? We've got a nutritionist for you right here. Need to make an appointment? Just go to our website. Just a great overall experience.
I love the doctors and professionals I have seen there and give them all 5 stars. It is just that they are getting weird about appointments now. You can’t even change an appointment by a half hour on the same day even when the appointment slot is open. They consider that a cancellation and will charge you.
