Great service
Quality of care, availability and service have noticeably degraded over the years since they took on more companies and have tried to cut costs. The receptionists are very unresponsive and complacent and act annoyed to have to deal with you - if they’re even at the desk. They don’t answer the phone or return calls. They say they take walkins but don’t actually. I consistently get better care and service at City MD. The acupuncture benefit is a joke. You’re better off to pay to go somewhere else.
Very unfriendly staff, the front desk lady who took my call today was extremely rude and unprofessional.
Love the Dr.'s and care here but whoever answered the phone (today, Nov. 19th at 4pm) sounded like they hated their life and mine too. I know this is NYC but please tone down the attitude a bit.
This place used to be pretty good, but there have been some mis-steps recently. 1) provider cancelled last minute 2) staff were a little on-edge/rude 3) prescription wasn't sent out - I went to the pharmacy to pick it up and they said it wasn't there Overall, hope these are recent mis-steps and care will improve in the future
