I was hesitant to try counseling but I could not handle my anxiety and grief on my own anymore. Cody is wonderful at listening and I felt so comfortable from the very first session. He gives you the tools to help what you are going through and a safe space to say what/how you are feeling. Thank you Cody for helping me get my life back!
