I got a complete tune up on my Toyota van at Crosson's Auto Repair. Now it's running like a top!
Crosson’s repaired our car and kept us notified of what should be fixed, what could wait, & provided cost breakdowns with photos. They completed the work on time. About 1 week later we got a call from them saying their internal audit revealed an overcharge of over $150. They credited our account. That sort of honesty & customer service is rare these days. I highly recommend Crosson’s for all automotive work.
Kemra at the front desk has great customer service - she was very polite, answered all of my questions & provided pricing up front before any service was performed. Vehicle was fixed & able to be picked up same day as my appointment! Also important to note - they only fixed what was necessary & didn't try to push anything on me that I didn't want or wasn't ready to take care of yet.
Took in my Subaru that got ravaged by mice. These mice destroyed my electrical system so badly. Most places wouldn’t even attempt to try and fix it. Crosson’s didn’t hesitate to take it on. In just a few days, they brought it back to life. Wasn’t nearly as expensive as I thought it would be, and super happy with how knowledgeable and quick they are. The front desk ladies were also incredibly pleasant. Very thankful for them, and will be taking all my vehicles there from now on.
