Absolutely fabulous! Jeff at the front was beyond awesome and helpful! His customer service skill are on point! He made it very clear what needed to be done but was kind yet real when it came to what was going on. The work we had done was great! They did a great job fixing the issue! And my car drives awesome! I think the mechanic who worked on my car was also Jeff! So those 2 Jeffs deserve raises! Rock on team!
We were headed to Lake Twenty-two for a hike this morning. Our friend rolled down the rear window to appreciate the beautiful orange sunrise, and then the window wouldn’t roll back up. We then Google searched a nearby auto shop, and we were so glad to find CROSSON’S AUTO SHOP to be opened so early. We approached the front desk to get some help.
