Very poor living conditions in Bellefonte- less than 10 minutes of hot water in the apartment at a time, bugs everywhere and landlords came across as friendly in the beginning, but they are just looking to make money off of college students who won't stand up for what they deserve. Several reoccurring issues in just one year of living in their apartments.
Poor communication is one thing I can’t stress enough with my experience (unless their money is in question of course). Keeping your lease agreement close would be my word of advice for future tenants. Glad to be moving out after just 1 year of renting. Integrity and professionalism just doesn’t seem to be a strong suit with this operation.

Best landlord I could have asked for. We keep in touch and he was very supportive even when I had purchased a home and was preparing to move out. Easily some of the most approachable and reasonable landlords I've encountered.
Horrible business all I can say is read your lease carefully and don't expect your security deposit back. Poor management by landlord. They will take advantage of you at every chance.
