I really miss my doctor. He was thorough, knowledgeable and had good bedside manners. New management, not so much.
it was so hard for me to finally find a PCP whom I could trust. Dr. Ashe was the best doctor I had ever been to. This used to be his office. I heard new management came in and it has been a downfall since then. It took me four hours to get out of the office for a simple blood test and they actually ran test and charge me for things I did not ask for.I’m never going to return to this office and any of Dr. Ashe’s patients who have ever been there before need not return either.
At my first appointment I waited 1.5 hours in the waiting room then another 45 minutes in the exam room. I decided to give them another chance when I did my follow up and I had asked beforehand the best time to schedule with a shorter wait time. I was told 3pm so that’s what I did. Second time I waited an hour in the waiting room room with my small child. Then we waited in the exam room with the door open.
