I would highly recommend Caleb Montag at the Smokey Park Location. We wanted to find a location of where we would put our new home before we bought it and he gave us a list of people to call. We did find a lovely place to put our home and we are ordering our home tomorrow. He really is out going and super friendly and very knowledgeable.
RecommendedGail Waugh was our sales person..She helped us every step of the way. She still calls after 6 months of us living in our home to make sure everything is going well..If we have an issue or need repairs Ronnie is always on time and takes pride in his work. These two get a 10 from us. Great experience all around. I would recommend Crossland Homes of Candler to anyone looking to buy a mobile home.

Her extensive knowledge of manufactured/modular homes allows her to handle every situation that may arise, always looking out for what’s best for the customer.
