I asked for a quiet room. I was given a room in a hallway with a staircase. Very, very noisy. The room was clean, but heavy black mildew in shower, (because exhaust fan doesn't work) and I have cancer. So I'm breathing black mold all night. The landscape is all dieing and everything looks a little dirty. I'm guessing the rich own it and it's "all" about their own wealth
The price is reasonable if you're staying for more than a week. But be aware that even though they list a kitchenette, there are no dishes or utensils—just a fridge, stove, microwave (which is large), and a kitchen sink. No hairdryer in the bathroom either. In our room, one of the two stove burners was broken when we moved in, the kitchen light was blinking, and the light under the microwave didn’t work. The front desk gals are friendly and kind. The location is great. The rooms are plenty big enough and have a cute little kitchenette with an apartment sized fridge.
