We stayed for 28 days and they double charged me by $530 for a one week payment, causing my bank to be overdrawn by $530 and when I noticed it after checking out, I called them and they told me it was a system issue and to contact my bank and have it disputed instead of just simply returning the money when the issue was brought up to them. My bank could not dispute it as they say I authorized the payment, which did not authorize a double charged!
Good hotel..The room had a large refrigerator and a microwave. The floors in the hallways were dirty. The electronic keys stopped working the next day; I had to replace them every day.
We know this was a free stay at the hotel. They didn’t have kitchen stuff to cook with and they didn’t have a fan. Smoke alarm kept on going off when cooking. Knobs on the stove top weren’t on there right. No garbage only the one in the bathroom. Maintenance doesn’t keep up on property……The protector on the smoke alarm wasn’t screwed in all the way. I’m surprised this hotel/motel is still operable…..
The girls in the office go above and beyond to make your stay as stress less as possible. Cassandra and Deja go out of there way to help you with all things from housekeeping to finding the best possible rate for your needs. I can't recommend them enough! Thanks
