I would avoid this place unless it's your last resort. The company really only cares about your money to the point where it is essentially a scam. Pros: Joanne (the office lady) is nice, and they don't bother you too often. Cons: 1) Maintenance requests can take months, and you will be charged for them. 2) Expect a very large, non-refundable deposit, and do not expect a decent return of your refundable deposit. 3) If you own an animal and it dies, they will still continue to charge you the monthly pet deposit fee, even after... read more
