Studio mit zwei Queenbetten im Erdgeschoß über ein halbes vorher gebucht und über Expedia bezahlt.. Bei Ankunft wurde ein Zimmer im 2.Stock mit einem Doppelbett zugewiesen. Nach Beschwerde, angeblich sei der Wunsch nicht übermittelt worden, bekamen wir das vorab gebuchte Studio, allerdings im ersten Stock. Wieder zuhause stellte ich fest, dass das Hotel den Zimmerpreis abgebucht hat, obwohl dieser schon lange bezahlt war. Auf mein Geld warte ich heute noch und kann es wohl abschreiben. Nie wieder ein Hotel dieser Kette!!!
Overall, I can't say it was bad, just kinda disappointing. There was no comforter on the bed & there were ants in the front room, 2 of which crawled up my arm as I was laying in the recliner. But the bed was clean & comfortable, heat & air worked fine & plenty of hot water.
