Not helpful customer service was rude
Its no longer called Crosslands its called Hometown Studios by Red Roof inn. Their website wouldn't work it kept saying that it wasn't open yet then when you did get to a website that had correspondence with it they all said all the rooms were booked when they weren't so it was a hassle trying to book a room online to get the discount so we had to go inside and register and got charged full price even though the problem was on their end. Nice place to stay
Look, if you are accustomed to having room service and can't adjust to different circumstances that you feel entitled to for such a meager price, go elsewhere. Otherwise, it's a good deal, and the staff is really nice. Many people here are in transition of finding new homes for their family, and some are retired, so please respect your neighbors. They do not offer cookware or cutlery for free, but they offer a package for sale very cheaply, and we got everything we needed from the Dollar Tree a mile away. Not the Hilton, obv... read more
