As an affiliate of MEMPHIS Judo & Jiu Jitsu we offer a hometown family feeling with direct access to Black Belt knowledge and presence on the mats. Established in 2013. Crosskick opened in 2013 as a kickboxing gym by two friends who believed in an instructor lead concept could help clients meet goals faster and help keep them engaged. Over the years CK has grown to include Jiu Jitsu & other various classes.

I LOVE my gym…. The people are awesome… the work outs are awesome and the instructors are awesome! I have been a member since 2014… it’s part of my day everyday … this gym keeps me accountable. I am a 61 year old woman who’s is in the best shape of my life… the perfect blend of yoga, strength and Kick boxing keeps me feeling good and strong! An extra perk is the monthly cost is so reasonable…for all the fitness classes M-Saturday… 59.00 a month…that’s a deal!
