This is the most undesirable place to reside. The HOA is extremely dissatisfying. They Boot your car without justification, and there are persistent issues with rats, roaches, and ants. Security measures are inadequate, and the promises made by management are unfulfilled. The organization is disorganized, and residents' funds are mismanaged. I strongly advise against allowing the current management to continue. I wish the entire apartment building would be shut down due to its subpar conditions.
