This is the most undesirable place to reside. The HOA is extremely dissatisfying. They Boot your car without justification, and there are persistent issues with rats, roaches, and ants. Security measures are inadequate, and the promises made by management are unfulfilled. The organization is disorganized, and residents' funds are mismanaged. I strongly advise against allowing the current management to continue. I wish the entire apartment building would be shut down due to its subpar conditions.
Living in this place was a nightmare! They boot/tow your car for no valid reasons, even though the car is registered to park. There’s an HOA lady who lives there, always spying on people making it very uncomfortable. There’s security there to just boot people’s car and nothing else. My car tag got stolen while parked there and I had to put a sign on it. They still booted my car even after I made them aware of it so i wouldn’t have an issue.
