Staff was friendly and room was clean. Did not use the pool area but it looked good. Check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was lacking options, waffles or pancakes would be nice.
Front desk was horrible. hung up on me multiple times, so i drove an hour to speak to him in person. he then refused to send any confirmation numbers, refused to answer any concerns i had about making sure my service was taken care of, he stated to me multiple times “you can’t just trust me?” I booked through a 3rd party, i wanted to cancel, he told me he accepted the cancellation, so I asked for a confirmation number.
