Lived here since 2020 in 4 differrnt units and like every apartment, it has its pros and cons. Aside from common issues, Danielle and Dutch have been amazing and have always taken care of me over the years. It has been a long year of construction everyday but I wouldn't have stayed through this year if Danielle and Dutch didn't work so hard to keep us happy and comfortable!

I have lived at the Crossings for a little less than a year. Great place, landlord and people, but just moved out in April. After having great communication with Danielle I’m finding it hard now to get actual phone call to or from her about my deposit that I have waited for more than a month. I reached out to get updates. Called multiple numbers and cannot get a response. Don’t know what to do besides write this review and hope to get a call back.

For 9 years, I have lived at The Crossings in Gresham. Danielle has been the building manager for the past several years. During my recent medical emergency and needing to be away from home, Danielle helped care for my dog. She is truly a special person who goes beyond her daily management schedule to lend a helping hand.
