I just finished getting everything lined up to move to the crossings. I am moving over 2,200 miles to Oregon. So moving this far is rather stressful. My experience with Danielle was awesome and better than I could have asked for. I probably broke the record on how many times a future tenant called the office lol. But regardless of my 9,999 calls and questions I asked Danielle was very patient and helped me with everything. Ya'll need to give her a raise!
I lived at the Crossings for a year and a half and I have to say I will miss it. They have spacious apartments, fantastic views and the best apartment manager I have ever met. Everything at the Crossings was made better by Danielle, if you had an issue she took care of it, it there was a delay she kept you informed of what was happening or if you just needed someone to talk to, joke with or vent about your life, she was always there. Lived here for almost 5 years or so. Danielle made living here super easy. She communicated, loved my dog tank and always was there to answer questions. I hope her nothing but the best.
Danielle is the reason The Crossings has become a great place. Over management changes, shes stuck with us and its clear to see how hard she works. Tauni, the new maintenance tech is awesome and completes work quickly, efficiently and with good communication.
I’ve lived in this apartment for about four years, and Danielle has been an absolutely wonderful landlord the entire time. She’s always been friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with, which makes such a difference. Anytime I’ve needed something or had a question, she’s been quick to respond and genuinely helpful.
