I’ve lived in this apartment for about four years, and Danielle has been an absolutely wonderful landlord the entire time. She’s always been friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with, which makes such a difference. Anytime I’ve needed something or had a question, she’s been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Danielle is hands down the best landlord I’ve ever had. Communication was clear and timely, maintenance was handled promptly, and she genuinely cared about her tenants and the property. Everything was fair, respectful, and well organized. An excellent rental experience from start to finish.
We absolutely loved our time living at The Crossings and it’s sad we have to leave! It’s a great place to live with access to all the good stuff in Gresham. Danielle is a great manager and is always on top of any problem that life throws at the building.

I have loved living here. Great apartments, amazing location with walkability to nearby stores, restaurants, and more. Being next to the Max line was also very convenient. Danielle and Dutch have both been great. I will miss living here a lot, may come back if the timing is right for me!
