I have been a resident since August 2023. The communication is horrible between the staff, management and tenant's. I have yet to receive a call from corporate regarding my move in process. Also, as of late, I along with 6 other tenants in my building were without a working furnace, meaning no heat. My heat went out January 31st and was not restored until February 11th 2024. I have voiced my concerns several time with the office, looking for a resolve but they keep telling me that they aren't doing anything to compensate me.... read more
