I’ve bee living her for 15 years plus and Denise has been so helpful and respectful. She’s always trying her best to assist you when you go in the office even when she’s busy sometimes and that’s very appreciated.
I've been a resident at Crossings for almost 3 years now and Denise Valenzuela is a god send! While she was gone the office lacked everything from care to urgency. Now that she's back it's so nice to have a reliable, caring, dependable staff member. Any request gets handled right away and efficiently. She always makes sure to follow up and all of those qualities are very appreciated. Thank you Denise!
I have been a resident at these apartments for several years and have seen management come and go. Most were horrible, but Denise and Ruby were by far the best management they have ever had. They are responsive and professional. If I ever had an issue of any kind they were attentive and through in getting it resolved in a timely manner.
Denise was amazing. She’s really helpful and nice and overall a great living experience
