I actually wish there was a option for less then 1 star. Idk where the 5 star reviews come from bc everything in every other bad review is true. When you're thinking of moving here just don't. Skip this whole entire town actually. I very rarely got notice maintenence would be coming in when your legally supposed to get at least 24hrs notice. I will NEVER recommend this apartment to anyone, I was here for about 5 years and it went immensely down hill. My first week police broke down my neighbors door at 2am and arrested them. Maintenence came into my apartment with 0 notice before hand no matter how many times i asked for even just a email heads up towards the end of living there. (this is when they actually decided to fix things and didnt just blame it on me) I ended up getting a camera to put in my own apartment so I knew who was coming and going. It always sme... read more
I no longer live there, but management and maintenance were top notch.
I recently moved in when I did I happened to meet the Caretaker/Maintenance guy he was extremely polite. I had to let him know how impressed I was at how clean the Apartment was and the building was. I then asked a week or so later about plumbing problem in the bathroom and he made sure it was fixed right away.
