I’ve lived here for 10 years with my family & have never had any issues with management or anyone living here. Maintenance is always great. Tammy the manager is always so nice & happy to help whenever I call for anything. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else but here until we decide to purchase our home.
Place is decent. Not too bad, staff is friendly, the inside of the apartments are outdated for the price of the rent. Sadly they’ll only change it once the tenants move out. Sometimes there is sketchy people walking around inside and make it not feel safe, and unpleasant to live here, security needs to patrol more often. Dog park gates are always broken from time to time though. Overall it’s not a bad place to live.
Best place I've ever rented from. Easy application process. Promt service on maintenance results. Quiet and well kept up neighborhood. Highly recommend.
