I urgently needed my glasses repaired and found this place on Google. Anna was quick, friendly and knowledgeable. We received excellent customer service. I am very pleased with the repair and would highly recommend Crossing Optical to my friends.

I had an excellent experience at Crossing Optical. I brought in my glasses for repair, and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. They quickly assessed the issue and had my frames fixed quickly. It was clear they genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to provide quality service. I highly recommend them for both eyewear and repairs!
Very pleasant and thorough optical store (for eyeglasses). Ana, the Optician, very nice and knowledgeable. She provided recommendations and advice that helped a lot. The store has a full range of frames and lenses.
The search for frames began in October, I went to optometrists, 2 for 1 places, Big Box Stores where I spoke to many sales staff all of which were focused mainly on fashion and making a sale. My current eyewear was in terrible shape. I was desperate so I Googled Langley “Eye Glass Frames near me” and up came Crossing Optical, Siri took me there. Ana, the owner, greeted me warmly.
