Front staff and vet tech are great. The vet…. Horrible experience! She first started by insulting my son for sitting in the chair while I stood (I chose to stand). She continues to lecture us about what she wants in our pup. She then stuck my pup three times without releasing the vaccine because she wanted him to respond better! Worst experience ever. Unprofessional.
We, a registered kennel of pug and shih tzu dogs, by the will of fate have been clients of this clinic for more than three years. Therefore, it is necessary to visit the veterinarian often. Before we accidentally met the founder of the clinic, Dorit Fischler, we had a sad experience with Canadian veterinary medicine (we moved from Ukraine because of the war). Fantastic veterinarian - gentle with our big lab and gentle with our little kitten . I highly recommend this veterinarian clinic as all staff we have seen and interacted with are patient and kind and obviously love animals
