Very professional Always on time Very positive and polite
Apartments are clean, spacious, and structurally sound. Friendly staff and accommodating on renter's needs. Ms. Isabel is always very professional and courteous. The current maintenance representative, is proactive with outside maintenance issues and internal unit issues are handled in a timely manner. Units are good, the neighborhood is safe and most people are friendly. The area is well maintained. The issues are the property manager (It's always a chore to get any service completed, sometimes you just have to DIY) and the constant increase in rent for what really is not worth the price. Overall, good for Rosamond, for the AV area, not so much.
