Great community and welcoming coaches! First time doing CrossFit and they are very understanding but push for good goals.
Their hours on Google say open from 6am to 8pm. Went at 12pm today and they were closed. No one picked up the phone. Update your hours.
I've been training at CrossFit Zeus for 3 years, and I can’t say enough good things about it! It's a welcoming and chill environment where anyone can feel at home.
