Great group of people, goodcworkout, good facilities
This place is top notch! First class coaches and facility. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. Safety is first and they work with all levels of fitness. Great program for kids too! The CFZ community is supportive and fun-an all around wonderful experience!
After finishing the WOD at CrossFit Zanesville this morning I was talking to one of the new members. She was talking about how much she felt welcomed by everyone, and how she felt part of a family already. She also spoke of the coaching and how every single class is like a personal training session. She is 100% spot on, CFZ is more than just a gym where I go to workout it is my happy place where I get to workout with some of my favorite people!
