Rusty is the best trainer I’ve ever had. The 5:15 am class is a supportive environment that WILL push you to be your best self. You won’t regret giving this gym a try and the first session is free. What are you waiting for?
Waiste of my time and money. What CrossFit gym tells an older visiting member "oh. You're new" Did not adapt, modify, or, consult with my normal plan. Never again. Also... 2 different buildings with the same street and building addresses. Stupidity. reply to your reply; I'm that 70 year old man that was visiting family. I was there 2 years ago. Dropped in from out of town and everyone was super friendly, the workout was great and overall passed the vibe check! 10/10!
Found my new obsession at this place! Improved mental health, found a great community, I can do handstands now!!! Much more fun training for something like Crossfit than just boring workouts at home where I make no progress! Love feeling safe with the great coaches that always keep my form as a priority and literally made me learn the forms before joining class! Safe, fun, and Super friendly!
Great experience and tough workouts. Very welcoming to newcomers and people of all experience levels. The coaches take plenty of time teaching you proper technique. 10/10 would recommend.
