I felt welcomed from day one at X-treme. All the coaches are amazing at teaching, keeping you engaged and progressing. Tracy adds a personal touch of reminding and encouraging me when I have been away from class for too long. So glad I found X-treme.
I have been training with Xtreme Athletics for over 3 years now and it has been life changing, all the trainers are super knowledgeable and they are very beginner friendly so if you are just starting out with your fitness lifestyle and don’t know where to begin I highly recommend coming here and checking it out!! I joined this place when i was facing health issues like super low on energy, stressed due to work and ofcourse my Thyroid.! It’s been few months here and I feel so grateful to make this decision of coming here. This place is very vibrant and it’s an amazing community.! Also, shout out to the coach Ulisses and Dave they are super good at explaining techniques and very patient. I would highly recommend this place:)
