Great coaches, great friends, and great workouts! I’m in the best shape ever because of 2 years here. The community is really special and it feels like Cheers when you arrive. Honestly I don’t know what I would do without X-Factor!
Paid for 5 personal training sessions. Team has not been responsive over the course of a year.
I dropped into this gym multiple times as I was traveling for work. I truly don’t have enough good things to say about this gym. It’s a very friendly, open and encouraging environment. I absolutely loved every aspect of the gym, from the programming, to the coaches and comradery.
