I dropped into this gym multiple times as I was traveling for work. I truly don’t have enough good things to say about this gym. It’s a very friendly, open and encouraging environment. I absolutely loved every aspect of the gym, from the programming, to the coaches and comradery.

Coach Madison was awesome. So warming and great coach. Visiting from Hawaii and she made it feel like home. Highly recommended..

I go to CrossFit X-Factor for personal training 3 times a week, and both the gym and my trainer, Madison, are great! I’ve been losing weight over the past couple of years (about 160 pounds down so far!), so I have been to most of the locally-owned gyms in Northwest Portland at one point or another, trying to find a workout routine I actually liked. I’ve tried to cancel my membership here for two months - multiple calls, emails, etc., but the gym keeps charging me. I’ve been charged $300 so far and I can’t get a response from anyone. Whoever runs the front office is totally ignoring their responsibility, or willingly charging for memberships that members are trying to cancel.
