The coaches, the programming, and ESPECIALLY the community are top notch. I'm happy to call Crossfit Wrath home and intend to so for a very long time in the future.
My som does Crossfit for kids and it is great. It has taught him new skills and exercises to increase his strength which he can do on hus own.
Two years ago I was out of shape, depressed and had no energy. I looked at 6 different CrossFit facilities around the area and finally decided to give Crossfit Wrath a try. I am so happy I did. I have never met coaches who care so much about the people they work with. They have helped transform my life for the better. Two years later I am down 40 lbs in weight. No longer depressed and have tons of energy. If your looking for a place to change your life for the better and make great friends than this is the place for you.
I NEVER dreamed at 56 years hold and having NEVER been an athlete in my life (although I always dreamed of being a professional athlete) I would EVER step into any Crossfit box. But here I am!
