CFW changed my life! The coaches are super knowledgeable and are such incredible people. The community is like no other I’ve experienced. I felt welcomed immediately, and also felt extremely safe to progress in all the movements. The classes are filled with lots of sweating and tons of laughter. It is the absolute best part of my day, and has been for three years.

It was my first time back in well over a week and, like always, Christy welcomed me with a cheer and a friendly hello! It’s always awesome to come on Tuesday’s because Christy keeps everything balanced… serious work with lots of laughs and fun! So thankful for our community. Shout out to the awesome Tuesday-6:30 PM workout crew, too!
I dropped in for a class here when I was visiting family, and it was a great experience. Everyone was extremely welcoming, and the instructor Dave took the time to explain some new movements. Would recommend to anyone!
