I participated in a drop in while visiting portland. Great community. This would be my gym if I lived in Portland.
Rock Steady Boxing and Rebel Fit Boxing. Doing great things for people suffering from Parkinson and MSA.
I have attended CrossFit class here for almost 7 years now. It is a great community of people who want to have fun working out. The coaches are great, safety conscious, and always have coaching cues to help me get better. Working out with friends is the best.
Wonderful community and great coaches.
