If you are looking for a gym that will improve your strength, flexibility, endurance and confidence, then this is the place for you. I was skeptical going into this gym but was overwhelmed with coach and owner Matt's knowledge and support. Being 55+ I was unsure if I could handle the workouts and was extremely impressed with the options and support from not only coach but the workout community. I’ve been a member of Crossfit Woodbury for a decade and I can confidently say it’s one of the best fitness communities I’ve ever been a part of. The programming is well thought out, providing a great mix of strength, endurance, and skill work. The equipment is almost all Rouge of high quality. The community is welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely invested in each other’s success. It’s an environment that motivates you to show up, work hard, and have fun while doing it.
I've been a member here for three years now, so I should probably write a review! This gym is all about community, which is what keeps me coming back. The coaches and members are just good people to be around on a daily basis while you happen to get your workout in!
