Highly recommend this place, great coaching and challenging workout program. My fiancé and I dropped in from out of town and did a workout with coach Matt, he very knowledgeable and friendly. We highly recommend this place and will visit again! Also very good dog Mimmy!

If you are looking for a gym that will improve your strength, flexibility, endurance and confidence, then this is the place for you. I was skeptical going into this gym but was overwhelmed with coach and owner Matt's knowledge and support. Being 55+ I was unsure if I could handle the workouts and was extremely impressed with the options and support from not only coach but the workout community. I’ve been a member of Crossfit Woodbury for a decade and I can confidently say it’s one of the best fitness communities I’ve ever been a part of. The programming is well thought out, providing a great mix of strength, endurance, and skill work. The equipment is almost all Rouge of high quality. The community is welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely invested in each other’s success. It’s an environment that motivates you to show up, work hard, and have fun while doing it.
