CrossFit Woodbridge is a great local box with awesome people and coaches.
Today was my first day back at CrossFit Woodbridge, and it was such an exhilarating feeling. Even with my past experience, the time away left me a bit unsure, but Joe, the trainer, was great at monitoring my form and guiding me. I’m excited to keep improving and building strength.
Attended the 0500 class with Chase. Fantastic class!
My daughter started taking classes there in the fall, and she has absolutely loved it! Coaches Hannah and Shan have made the classes really fun and motivating. She looks forward to class every week! I definitely recommend CrossFit Woodbridge.
