The coach genuinely listened to my mobility issues and tailored the workout to suit my needs. They managed the class well, working with each member to adjust movements as necessary.
CrossFit Woodbridge is a great local box with awesome people and coaches.
Today was my first day back at CrossFit Woodbridge, and it was such an exhilarating feeling. Even with my past experience, the time away left me a bit unsure, but Joe, the trainer, was great at monitoring my form and guiding me. I’m excited to keep improving and building strength.
Attended the 0500 class with Chase. Fantastic class!
