Today was my first day back at CrossFit Woodbridge, and it was such an exhilarating feeling. Even with my past experience, the time away left me a bit unsure, but Joe, the trainer, was great at monitoring my form and guiding me. I’m excited to keep improving and building strength.

My daughter started taking classes there in the fall, and she has absolutely loved it! Coaches Hannah and Shan have made the classes really fun and motivating. She looks forward to class every week! I definitely recommend CrossFit Woodbridge.
I've only been doing CrossFit for a month and a half. I attended my first Barbell class today. I had an amazing experience at this CrossFit class! Coach Emily was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to break everything down in a way that felt easy to understand. I never felt rushed or intimidated — her patience made all the difference.
