Coach Rachel does a great job. She provides adequate instruction and is able to scale movements quickly to ensure the class does not get behind. I appreciate her willingness to allow me to come alongside her and provide advice to my children. I think her warmups are adequate and helps me prepare for the movements and workouts. She is the perfect coach for beginner and advanced athletes!!!

Great programming, great coaches, and great facility and equipment! They even have a kid zone for us parents with toddlers! Love this place!
CFW is a great gym for CrossFit and/or oly weightlifting. The coaches are super knowledgeable and passionate. Shout out to coaches Craig, Jacob and Melissa! I definitely recommend the barbell club.
