Mary is probably my favorite coach and one of my favorite people at CrossFit. She was actually one of the reasons I got convinced that I could really enjoy CrossFit. The coach genuinely listened to my mobility issues and tailored the workout to suit my needs. They managed the class well, working with each member to adjust movements as necessary.
CrossFit Woodbridge is a great local box with awesome people and coaches.
