Awesome fitness family. Friendly and welcoming environment. Flexible timing. Great experience overall.
We love this gym. It's very family oriented with an impact jiu-jitsu inside as well. The owners (the Fifes) are so encouraging and helpful. I've been going for 10 months and it is so wonderful to have found this community. The main jiu-jitsu coach (Christian) is so great with the kids. You can tell he really loves the kids and the martial art.
