Love this place. Started here 2.5- 3 years ago and found a new home. My wife and I travel now so I don't get to spend as much time as I like to here anymore but as we travel the country, I realize how much I miss my home box and all my friends. Coaches are amazing always willing to help. Other athletes are always encouraging and ready to go. The space is big but at the same time very inviting. CFW has the best community. The Owners and Coaches are very knowledgeable and supportive. Everyone at the gym is kind and encouraging.
I started CrossFit in 2017 after having my second child. I had never weight lifted in my life. I was scared and so intimidated! My fear was joining a community where everyone was top notch athletes that would judge my overweight, in-experienced self. I am SO glad I gave them the opportunity to prove me wrong. So happy I found this gym! EJ and all the coaches are incredibly nice and welcoming! I love how focused they are on form and scaling if needed to not hurt yourself but they still push everyone to the max. Great selection of class times which works great with a busy work schedule. Also thankful for their fire/EMS discount. Highly recommend this gym!!
