Rachel was very accommodating and made me feel at home. I appreciated that I could drop in for open gym and do my own thing. Although I didn’t participate in a class it was obvious that community and support is at the forefront of this gyms identity and they truly care about creating a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for all of their members. Excellent coaches. However, I never received pricing to continue my membership after using a one month Groupon.
Working out at this gym has been amazing. The coaches are all very knowledgeable and willing to teach. Prior to crossfit, I didn’t know how to lift properly. Every coach has been supportive and approachable! The vibes here are great. Everyone that comes is friendly. I’ve seen an improvement in my strength, form and physique here…while building friendships all at the same time. Looking forward to more workouts.
