Easy to drop in, great coaching, perfect spot for hockey parents to get a workout in and meet some good people when passing through town. You just can't move at this pace by yourself in a hotel gym, let's face it.
Dropped in thanksgiving week, twice, for a 30-min noon class. Never seen a 30-min class before, but the coaching was streamlined and thorough and both coaches (Rob and Kim) were attentive to my abilities and readiness for the workout. clearly well-trained, friendly, and welcoming. Clean gym, friendly people all around, and enthusiastic about their work and my workout. Will drop in in the future next time I visit my brothers in Williamsville!!!
I am so happy I found this place! I had been searching for a gym that could be my permanent abode, somewhere I could challenge myself without injury, somewhere I could learn to lift properly with good form, somewhere where the coaches gave a damn!
